Zendaya and her longtime stylist, Law Roach, have completely redefined method dressing for the “Odyssey” press tour. From custom haute couture to controversial ancient relics, every detail of her wardrobe was curated to channel her on-screen character, Athena.

High-Fashion Flown by Private Jet
The actress kicked off the European leg of her tour with jaw-dropping exclusivity. In London, Zendaya commanded the red carpet in a Schiaparelli Haute Couture gown that was shipped via private jet directly from a Paris runway that very same day.
She anchored the end of the press run with an equally stunning look from Matières Fécales’ fall 2025 couture collection. That ensemble featured oversized wings, cementing her ethereal goddess aesthetic.
The 3,000-Year-Old Controversy
While the dresses stunned audiences, it’s Zendaya’s jewelry that ignited a fierce online debate. At a UK photocall, she paired a draped Jacquemus dress and matching headpiece with ancient accessories.

Her Glenn Spiro earrings were set with gold medallion plaques dating back to the 1st millennium BC. Accented with modern diamonds, the historical relics were provided by Barron London, who also supplied the star with a trio of rings.

According to archeologist Annelise Baer, these specific artifacts originated in Iran and were likely never intended to be worn as earrings. Baer explained that the sunburst and rosette designs were widespread in the ancient world, often serving as larger decorative elements.
In a follow-up video, Baer elaborated that the gold medallions were initially designed as “high-status, decorative items.” Fans quickly criticized the decision to parade priceless museum-grade antiquities on a modern red carpet. Neither Zendaya nor Roach have commented on the backlash.
Six-Figure Futuristic Fashion
Beyond the controversial jewelry, Zendaya’s broader wardrobe choices commanded total attention.

For the London premiere, the “Euphoria” star wore a Schiaparelli Haute Couture dress complete with a molded bustier made of white glazed porcelain-effect silicone. The futuristic bodice was paired with a light-up fringed skirt that stole the show.

The garment was meticulously hand-sewn inside Schiaparelli’s Parisian atelier. As it is exclusively available by special order, experts predict the gown would easily cost a client six figures.
