Warning: Spoilers ahead for Season 4 of Netflix’s “The Ultimatum.”

Arrested After Filming Wrapped

Blake Robertson, a central cast member on Season 4 of Netflix’s reality series “The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On,” was arrested last October.

Police took the reality star into custody at a business in Nacogdoches, Texas. The arrest followed allegations that he assaulted his girlfriend and co-star, Hayley Hendrich.

According to details obtained by TMZ, Robertson allegedly hit Hendrich during the off-camera incident, which occurred shortly after production on the series ended.

Charges Dropped, but Tensions Remain

Despite the arrest, Hendrich ultimately decided not to press criminal charges against Robertson.

She told reporters the two have held private conversations regarding the altercation. However, Hendrich made it clear she still expects him to publicly take accountability for his actions.

Robertson’s legal team maintains the matter is completely resolved in the eyes of the law.

“Blake’s case was rightfully dismissed by the prosecutor almost immediately, and all records were expunged,” his attorney, Sean Hightower, stated.

On-Screen Ultimatums and Partner Swaps

The real-life legal drama shadows a highly turbulent on-screen relationship. Robertson and Hendrich are one of six couples navigating relationship crossroads on the current season of the hit streaming show.

Robertson initiated the show’s premise by giving Hendrich an ultimatum after two years of dating: marry him or break up.

Hendrich hesitated to head to the altar, telling producers she needed Robertson to “open up more emotionally” before she could commit.

The Final Decision

As part of the show’s social experiment, the couple briefly split to date other cast members. Hendrich explored a connection with Killian, who arrived on the show with his partner of four years, Ashley.

Simultaneously, Robertson chose to pair up with Ashley.

Despite the temporary partner swap and a fierce argument that erupted among the original couples, Hendrich and Robertson ultimately chose to stay together at the end of the experiment.

The final two episodes of Season 4 of “The Ultimatum” will premiere on Netflix on July 22.
