Joan Collins is soaking up the sun on the French Riviera. The 93-year-old Hollywood icon recently shared a glimpse of her St. Tropez getaway, accompanied by 71-year-old former Bond girl Alison Papworth.
In new photos shared on Instagram this Monday, Collins proved her flair for dramatic elegance remains fully intact. She wore a white crossover mini dress paired with a chunky pearl necklace, luminous curls, and a signature bold pink lip.
Poolside Glamour with a Bond Girl
Papworth, best known for her role in the 1981 James Bond film For Your Eyes Only, matched Collins’s glamorous energy. She opted for a cheetah print dress, gold earrings, and a bright red lip, styling her hair in a chic half-up bun.
The duo was also photographed beating the summer heat in the pool. Collins sported a white swimsuit layered with a sunhat and sunglasses, while Papworth chose a sleek black swimsuit and a Chanel sun visor.
The vacation wasn’t just a two-person retreat. Collins was joined by extended family and friends at the luxury coastal estate she shares with her husband, Percy Gibson. The couple has owned the home since tying the knot in 2002.
Beating the St. Tropez Heat
Other snapshots from the getaway featured the Dynasty star posing against an outdoor wall in an off-the-shoulder white dress, draped with a purple floral shawl.
Despite the region’s sweltering temperatures, the actress remained in high spirits.
“This July is one of the hottest months ever in Saint Tropez,” Collins captioned the photos. “But we’ve had a marvelous time in spite of it! ☀️🥂🍾🍉🇫🇷.”

Collins is no stranger to sharing her vibrant vacation style. Last August, the Esther and the King actress shared a photo of herself relaxing by the pool, accessorizing a white bathing suit with a red sun hat and chunky turquoise jewelry.
Her enduring appearance frequently sparks curiosity, but the A Murder Between Friends star has previously opened up about her timeless beauty, insisting she has never had any cosmetic work done.
“I couldn’t do all that,” Collins told the Guardian in November 2023. “First of all, I’m needle-phobic. It was my mother who told me to moisturize and use night cream.”
