Godzilla vs. Kong Actress Kaylee Hottle’s Cause of Death Confirmed Following Fatal Maryland Crash

The Maryland Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has officially confirmed the cause of death for 18-year-old actress Kaylee Hottle.

Best known for her breakout role in the Godzilla vs. Kong franchise, Hottle died from multiple blunt force injuries. Authorities have ruled the manner of death an accident.

Details of the Fatal Crash

The fatal incident occurred just before 3 a.m. on July 21 in Ijamsville, Maryland. A preliminary autopsy was conducted the following day.

Investigators determined a vehicle driven by a 19-year-old veered off the road and struck a culvert. Speed is believed to be a contributing factor.

Hottle was one of three people inside the car. Emergency responders rushed her to a nearby trauma center, but medical teams were unable to save her.

The driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries. A third passenger declined medical treatment at the scene. The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office is continuing its investigation into the collision.
