A Lakeside Celebration
Supermodel Paulina Porizkova tied the knot with television writer Jeff Greenstein on July 3. The intimate wedding ceremony took place at the picturesque Lake Orta in northern Italy.

With just 78 guests in attendance, the couple kept the nuptials completely personal. The 61-year-old model and 62-year-old writer deliberately centered their blended families throughout the entire celebration.
Keeping the Ceremony in the Family
Rather than hiring an outside officiant, Porizkova’s brother and Greenstein’s sister stepped up to lead the vows. The musical accompaniment was also an entirely homegrown effort.
Porizkova’s two sons from her previous marriage to the late Ric Ocasek—Jonathan, 32, and Oliver, 28—handled the wedding procession soundtrack. They were joined by her 53-year-old stepson, Eron Otcasek.

Oliver performed on the violin while Jonathan and Eron played guitar. Together, the trio performed composer Bedrich Smetana’s classic piece, “The Moldau.”
The guest list prominently featured close family members, including Porizkova’s mother, Anna Porizkova, and her stepfather, Joe Bottino. Greenstein’s son from a previous marriage was also present to celebrate the union.
A Reception Full of Italian Charm
Following the heartfelt vows, guests walked over to the stunning Villa Crespi for the evening reception. The dining experience featured tables cleverly named after renowned Italian film directors.

Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo prepared a lavish menu that included linguine paired with baby squid and perfectly soused trout. Once dinner wrapped, DJ Giampiero Ponte spun a curated playlist selected by the newlyweds.
The couple hit the dance floor to “Moon River” for their first dance. They also debuted a carefully practiced Waltz that they had been perfecting back in New York.
“It feels like we’re flying when we’re dancing together,” Porizkova shared with PEOPLE.
Couture Gowns and Custom Rings
For her wedding day attire, Porizkova selected an elegant House of Gilles Couture gown.

She also took a hands-on approach to their jewelry, personally designing both of their wedding rings. The custom bands were crafted by Peter Norman jewelers in Los Angeles.

An Open-Ended Honeymoon
The newlyweds are currently planning an extensive honeymoon cruise around the Greek Islands. However, their ultimate return to reality brings a sudden housing challenge.
As she previously revealed on Instagram, Porizkova’s landlord is currently selling her Manhattan rental unit, meaning the couple must find a new place to live once they return stateside.
Despite the housing uncertainty and her natural preference to nest, Porizkova is focused on enjoying her marriage and exploring Europe for as long as possible.
“We have no return ticket yet, so we’re just going to hop around until we’re tired,” she laughed.
